On occasion, the Payment Gateway responses back to AdPerfect do not complete. This can result in an ad not being Approvable and typically you will see an error such as:
"No Funds Available"
"Capture error: ########## has already been captured"
This usually means that your gateway has already approved and captured the funds but due to a temporary communication interruption, did not send AdPerfect the capture details. When this happens, please obtain the Capture Approval Code or Reference number from your Gateway provider, and then create a Support Ticket with that information. We will aply the details to our DataBase and the ad will then be "Approveable".
