The FTP Upload issue has been resolved as of April 16, 2018 10AM Pacific time.
Some customers are experience connection timeout errors or other errors once connected to FTP. AdPerfect is actively investigating this issue.
Please report a ticket with us if you are having any connection issues and be sure to provide the following:
- log file or screenshot showing the error message
- host you are connecting to
- method you are using (computer or script)
- if using a computer, what browser or FTP client are you using?
If you usually connect to ftp2.adperfect.com, please try connecting to ftp3.adperfect.com; or vice versa. Let us know you have tried this when you submit a support ticket and what the results were.
