Date: Fri, May 4, 2018 at 22:45 PM PDT - Our email provider has removed the temporary block on our outgoing emails. All system messages should be delivering again as normal. Should there be any lingering issues, please create a ticket for our support team.

Date: Fri, May 4, 2018 at 14:16 PM PDT - We have resent the backlog of Contact Seller emails, and will continue to monitor and resend any new Contact Seller emails that are blocked going forward

Date: Fri, May 4, 2018 at 13:50 PM PDT - We have resent all blocked Ad Status related email messages, and have added a method to check for and resend any future messages that may be blocked.

Date: Fri, May 4, 2018 at 13:08 PM PDT - All blocked Ad Proofs have been resent, and we have a method in place to check and resend any future proofs that may be blocked. We are now working on taking the same action with the other automated email notification types.

Date: Fri, May 4, 2018 at 11:14 AM PDT - All outgoing emails are logged. Our systems team is working on a tool to pull the emails from our logging to send out all previous and future blocked emails from an external location.

Date: Fri, May 4, 2018 at 8:37 AM PDT - On May 4th, 2018, our system was hit with an unusually large volume of spam messages. As a result, our email provider has temporarily disabled our ability to deliver emails. This means that the following email messages cannot presently be sent:

  • CAS Ad Status emails (New Ad, Ad Approved, ...)
  • Account Related Emails (New Account, Password Reset, ...)
  • Email Proofs
  • Contact Seller
  • Email a Friend

There may be other automated emails which are also affected. 

Our Systems and Development teams are presently working with the highest priority to correct the issue and restore our service.
